Sharing Results: Review of audit results with team and Results during Management Review.

FRONT LINE EMPLOYEE AUDITS:
We care about the service delivered by front line employees. Our organization performs audits on front line employees in call centers in order to help improve quality and procedures compliance. Audits are conducted by unbiased mystery callers and remote monitoring of actual calls.  We provide actual results with separate scoring and narrative pages.


We will work closely with your organization to develop the audit form (entailing both a scoring and a narrative segment) and the scenarios to be used by the Quality Auditors.
