AUDITS:
Our organization performs audits on front line employees in call centers in order to help improve quality and procedures compliance. Audits are conducted by unbiased mystery callers and provide actual results with separate scoring and narrative pages.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
We provide remote phone monitoring to some our clients that have the capability.  We provide, through VPN access, monitoring of notes and evaluation of customers email responses.  We also provide customer surveys and follow up.

ADDED VALUE SERVICES WILL:

Work closely with your organization to develop the audit form (entailing both a scoring and a narrative segment) and the scenarios to be used by the Quality Auditors.

Take care of all the recruiting, training, managing and compensation of all the Quality Auditors.
